DevOps and infrastructure audit with a clear roadmap

Sometimes the most valuable thing is an outside view. I review your infrastructure, pipelines, security and cloud costs, and give you a written report with a prioritized roadmap — what to fix first, what to automate and where you are overpaying.

When to call me

Sounds familiar?

These are the situations where teams usually bring me in.

  • You’ve inherited infrastructure and need to know what you’re dealing with.
  • The cloud bill keeps growing, and nobody can say exactly why.
  • You’re preparing for growth, a funding round or a security review.
  • Your team is too close to the system to see its weak spots.
  • You’re choosing between cloud and bare metal for the next stage.

What I deliver

What you get

Architecture & reliability review

Single points of failure, backups and recovery, and the limits you’ll hit as you scale.

Security review

Access, secrets, network exposure and patching — the basics attackers check first.

CI/CD & workflow review

How code gets to production, how long it takes and what can go wrong along the way.

Cloud cost analysis

Where the money goes, what’s idle or oversized, and what could run cheaper — including bare metal for steady workloads.

Written report & roadmap

Findings ranked by impact and effort, so you know exactly where to start.

How it works

From first call to handover

  1. 01

    Kick-off

Agree on the scope and get read-only access.

  2. 02

    Review

Go through the infrastructure, code, pipelines and billing, and talk to the team.

  3. 03

    Report

Deliver a written report with prioritized recommendations.

  4. 04

    Walkthrough

Go through the findings together — and, if you want, help implement them.

FAQ

Common questions

What access do you need for an audit?
Read-only access is usually enough: the cloud console or a billing export, repositories and monitoring. Nothing is changed during the audit.
Do we have to keep working with you after the audit?
No. The report is yours, and it is written so that your team — or anyone else — can act on it.
Can an audit really reduce cloud costs?
Often, yes: idle resources, oversized instances, unused discounts and expensive data transfer add up. The report estimates the effect of each recommendation, so you can decide what is worth doing.
